Reed has spent his entire professional career with Minnesota United. He signed with the club in 2012 and has stepped in to the defensive midfield role gracefully.
2014: Reed filled in the central midfield nine times during the 2014 season for Minnesota, creating a box-to-box link between defenders and forwards.
2013: The Albuquerque, N.M. native’s second season with Minnesota United FC. Played 1,164 minutes scoring one goal and taking two shots on net. Took nine shots total in the season and made 15 appearances for the team. Came in twice as a center back substitute during the season.
Pre-professional: Reed was a standout as a four-year letterman at Albuquerque's Sandia High School before playing college soccer at the University of New Mexico. After redshirting as a true freshman in 2006, Reed went on to start 60 of his 76 appearances with the Lobos, scoring three goals and recording 11 assists. His senior season in 2010 was his most productive, as he started all 20 games, recording two goals and six assists.
